Hannah and I taking a lunchbreak around the Kobe port, blocks away from the Kobe Education Center, where we get language and job training during the month of August. 
Apparently you can ride those mechanical animals around the park, even though they go all of 2 feet per minute. Still looks pretty darn exciting though!
